Recruiters . This commission-only position offers exceptional

You'll Do: Recruitment: Source, screen, and present top-tier
Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across all specialties
to our client partners. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust
pipeline of candidates using our proprietary CRM system. Client
Interaction: Work closely with existing clients to understand their
hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate placement process.

sourcing platforms. Highly organized with a goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
