Job Description:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will support an operating
culture that integrates Environment, Health, Safety & Security
within daily operations. You will partner with leaders and subject
matter experts across the organization to design, develop, and
implement programs, training, and initiatives that strengthen our
safety culture and ensure compliance. You will manage projects from
concept through implementation and create structured work plans,
schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status updates to drive
successful execution. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Partner with
internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts to
design, develop, and implement programs and processes. Manage core
team resources and coordinate project planning and execution to
support on ? time implementation. Support the development and
deployment of standard safety programs. Coordinate the EHS &
Security assessment program, including assessment scheduling,
report distribution, and closure of identified findings. Lead and
sustain the Floor Captain Program, including annual severe ?
weather and fire ? evacuation training for all corporate locations.
Develop and deploy safety ? training content for the enterprise
through the learning management system. Compile and publish weekly,
monthly, and annual metrics and reports. Administer initial Workers

Associate’s Degree is required . Four ? year college degree in
Business, Environment, Health, Safety & Security, or related field
is preferred. Two to four years of experience organizing, planning,
and executing projects. Strong written communication and
interpersonal skills. Competence to create and deliver
presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Strong communication and project ? management skills. Strong
computer skills, including Microsoft Office. LI-Onsite LI-EB1
LI-Associate Compensation: Annual Base Salary: $63,000.00 -
$85,000.00 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering
for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based
on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and
skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
