Human Resources Manager Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis | West Memphis, AR Serving Northeast Arkansas & Memphis, TN Area Are you an experienced HR professional with previous Human Resources Manager experience looking to make an impact in healthcare? Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about building strong teams and supporting a mission-driven behavioral health organization. This role partners closely with hospital leadership to recruit, support, and retain exceptional staff who provide high-quality care to adolescents in our behavioral health facility. The duties include the following: Recruit and maintain an outstanding work force for the facility. Ensure all regulatory guidelines are maintained for hiring, onboarding, and maintaining license standards in the maintenance of employee files and training. Administer the Leave Administration for the facility. Work closely with the facility's leadership in resolving employee issues and concerns. Qualified candidates for Human Resources Manager must have the following: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major Has 3-year human resources manager/generalist experience in a healthcare setting preferably in behavioral health.
