Overview The Senior Database Designer, Clinical Research Systems will provide experienced, comprehensive and advanced technical expertise as a part of a team to develop and maintain clinical systems to meet the clinical research organizational needs. Plan and coordinate database and reporting design. Provide leadership to the CRS department in the area of technical expertise. Minimum Education Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required. Master''s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is a plus Minimum Experience Minimum eight (8) years of informatics experience is required Minimum eight (8) years of informatics experience with four (4) years in a clinical research environment preferred Clinical Research Systems'' focused informatics experience including knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance preferred Solid understanding of clinical trials and research information systems preferred Experience in data management in a clinical trial environment preferred Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Oracle, Access, or SQL preferred Advanced knowledge of an EDC application, SAS or R preferred EEO Statement St. Jude is an Equal Opportunity Employer No Search Firms: St. Jude Children''s Research Hospital does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
