Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate II to
join our team. The role involves working from 10am to 6:30pm,
focusing on various shipping and receiving tasks to ensure smooth
operations. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and
efficiently to move, load, and organize warehouse materials.
Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software to prepare labels, process
shipments, and ensure accurate outbound documentation. Pick and
prepare customer orders with accuracy, maintaining inventory
integrity and meeting daily fulfillment deadlines. Load and unload
trucks to facilitate efficient shipping and receiving processes.
Essential Skills Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.
Experience with RF Scanning technology. Knowledge of UPS and FedEx
shipping software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior
experience in material handling and shipping & receiving is
desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking

The work environment is a warehouse setting with a focus on safety
and efficiency. Employees are expected to wear appropriate attire
suitable for warehouse work, ensuring a professional and safe
atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based
out of Batesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
