- Food Manufacturing Shift: Must be flexible - 24/7 facility,
12-hour shifts (4a-4p or 4p-4a) - 3/3/1 rotation, every other
weekend off Compensation: $80-90k base salary DOE, overtime pay,
bonus opportunity, immediate benefits, generous PTO plan, matching
401k Location: Memphis, TN - full relocation package available
Global food manufacturing company is currently in search of an
experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team within its
flagship manufacturing complex located in Memphis, TN. The
Maintenance Supervisor will oversee hourly union maintenance
technicians, focused on troubleshooting and repair of automated
processing and packaging equipment , including electrical and
mechanical repairs. Key requirements to be considered for this
opportunity: 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience from within
a food or consumer products manufacturing / packaging facility ,
with at least 3 years of supervisory experience Experience in a
heavily-automated facility Strong multi-craft background, including
pneumatics, hydraulics, plant automation, electronic controls (PLC
/ HMI systems), and electrical troubleshooting Strong preference
for supervisors who began their careers as maintenance techs, with
a proven track record of team development and training Leadership
experience within a union facility is a plus Must have excellent
attention to detail - prior experience as a machinist or in
drafting is a plus Must be flexible regarding schedule / shift
Strong computer skills will be essential, with knowledge of CMMS
platforms, SAP preferred An engineering or technical degree is
preferred, but experience and a proven track record in the above
bullet points will take precedence Our client company will offer a
