General Manager, BRC
Full-Time / Exempt
BRC General Manager is responsible for overseeing a facility
that remanufactures heavy-duty truck brake shoes as well as
collaborating with operations, wholesale, product management, and
other business units within TruckPro to develop and implement
processes, procedures and strategies to align the facility with
Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage a team of 30+ associates including office, warehouse, and
Develop processes, methods, tooling and production controls for
existing and new programs and supervise their assembly, operation,
and quality review.
Implement and drive continuous improvement to lead effective
problem solving and root cause removal efforts relative to process
Facilitate effective management of production schedules.
Hire, train, and develop managers, supervisors and hourly
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety
Oversee and participate in the development, implementation,
maintenance, and compliance with annual operating budgets.
Monitor the daily production throughput for all departments to
ensure that all production standards are met and consistent with
Represent the organization in key relationships with major
internal and external customers.
Creatively manage and allocate human capital resources in
support of these directives and establish measurements to monitor
the financial health of the business units.
Identify opportunities to add and implement new equipment to
increase efficiencies and reduce remanufacturing costs.
Continually evaluate in-process production program equipment and
production control hardware.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management,
Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
5 or more years of relevant manufacturing, operations and/or
services management experience.
Experience in the heavy duty or related industry preferred, but
Customer service oriented
