Directs the overall operations and distribution efforts for
product sales and distribution centers, to include developing
pricing, establishing and negotiating contracts, overseeing
franchise conventions and vendor exhibits, determining budget and
sales goals, implementing policies and procedures, participating in
projects, and managing vendors.
Job Responsibilities Develops relationships with vendors,
suppliers, and manufacturers for selection of products, equipment
and services for SVM (ServiceMaster) franchises. Establishes and
negotiates contracts in order to meet revenue goals.
Develops competitive product pricing for sales to franchisees
for SVM and identifies areas for utilizing 3rd party distribution
while maintaining product margins through rebates and national

Oversees the funding and collection of funding for annual
franchise conventions, vendor exhibits, and workshops.
Responsible for product sales to franchisees with set revenue

vendors and associated products to include product, equipment,
service and approved distribution in 3rd party
Manages and monitors approved service vendors to establish
rebates associated with leveraging competitive pricing to
franchisees for national account service companies.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or combination of education
Certified Purchasing Management Accreditation
8 years experience in Supply Chain Management
Contract negotiation skills and experience
Industry experience with franchisees, distribution, and

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
