National Postdoctoral Association Career Center Incumbent will
be a member of the TruCare Business team responsible for supporting
TruCare Business requirements, operational best practices for all
non-clinical roles. This includes defining business requirements
for UM/CM non-clinical workflows impacted by portfolio projects,
collaborating with Operations to identify operational workflow
enhancements, validating test evidence, conducting post release
check out and ensuring that training and impacted SOPs are updated.
It also includes supporting the identification of role-based best
practices to help maintain the content of the TruCare Path to
Participates in project calls/meetings to provide insights and
requirements for optimal operational workflows on TruCare.
Participates in chair side observations and other operational
efficiency exercises to provide TruCare expertise and insights into
Identifies and develops relationships with Clinical Operations
sponsors, staff and key stakeholders to establish and monitor
progress against project goals and objectives.
Supports Case Discovery and ERC in identifying TruCare solutions
for new and existing client customization requests.
Develops and maintains work plans that consider the priorities,
key milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and identification
of tasks that may be performed concurrently to achieve objectives
as it relates to defining/redefining UM/CM/HIL workflows and
Collaborates with Clinical Operations staff and the TruCare
Business team to define best practices.
Coordinates with other TruCare Business team members to ensure
Training, Knowledge Management and Quality materials align to the
TruCare release changes and proficiency modules.
Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the
successful attainment of process/productivity improvement and
administrative efficiency that will lead to cost reduction and
Reviews TruCare test cases and test evidence to ensure
Support TruCare system releases by conducting business checkout,
providing post implementation operational support and
troubleshooting of issues.
As needed, escalates issues to appropriate audiences including
key business leaders and team members. KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum of 5 years combined business and technical analysis
Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare or insurance
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding and rapidly changing
Demonstrated project management skills and success.
Thorough knowledge and experience with Cigna's CHE Operations
and the TruCare platform.
Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and
gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
Excellent oral, written presentation and communication
