Our role of Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical
role by continuing to find the right talent on time for
professional, managerial and technical hourly team members across
the organization. Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner
closely with plant leadership and staffing teams to build strategic
recruitment programs across our manufacturing locations and our
Memphis Support Center.Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage
the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and
administrative components involved in making a hire. Position is
based at the Monogram Foods Memphis Support Center and report to
the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition as part of the HR team.
Specific responsibilities include: Source and screen candidates
using the latest social recruiting vehicles, internet web sites,
company career site, networking, and professional organizations.
Develop strategic sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and
diverse candidate pool. Collaborate with department managers, build
strong relationships, and support the talent vision of their
respective departments (operations, engineering, logistics, quality
assurance, and more). Collaborate with plant staffing teams to
develop and implement long-term recruiting strategies. Proactively
identify human capital trends, recommend, and implement strategies
to meet business needs. Manages the recruiting lifecycle to include
selection, offer and onboarding process. Utilizes applicant
tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date applicant
files and proper disposition of candidates. Ensures compliance with
applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
Maintain a variety of recruitment sources that target passive and
non-passive candidates. Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques
and assessment tools to evaluate candidates.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing,
Communications or related field highly preferred. Two or more years
of professional recruiting experience in a corporate or agency
environment highly preferred. Experience recruiting for both hourly
and salaried positions within a manufacturing environment highly
preferred. Skillsets not limited to: operations,
engineering/maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance, etc.
Recruitment experience utilizing user groups, social media,
marketing, and search engines. Experience developing college,
military, and diversity recruitment strategies preferred.
Experience recruiting across multiple sites and industries
preferred. Proven success with alternative sourcing methods and
technologies. Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and
presentation skills. Highly energetic with the ability to work in a
fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems highly preferred. Ability
to travel up to 25%.
