Job Description:

The picker/packer is responsible for preparation and packaging of orders for shipment.Your Role The picker/packer performs a variety of receiving/replenishing/picking/packing/shipping operations using forklift, clamps, banders, wrappers, and other power equipment to load, unload, move, stack and stage product.Your Responsibilities --- Full case activities using forklift truck and other equipment as required--- Special process picking--- Supply checking--- RFID scanning and labeling-provide appropriate labeling/invoicing information per order as defined using radio frequency hand-held devices.--- Yard and dock management receiving--- Receiving and sorting of damaged goods--- Pallet and cart put away inspecting and picking--- Replenishment--- Error resolution replenishment--- Loose goods, PTL, interleave scanning and picking--- Full case scanning, picking, and labeling--- Virtual kitting picking, manifesting, consolidating--- Tote to carton packing--- Shipping--- Execution of back shipments--- Customer returns inspecting, receiving, and communicating--- ANR receiving--- Cold chain picking, packing and shipping--- Perform quality checks on all orders picked/packed for accuracy.--- Conduct physical inventory counts as required.--- Perform housekeeping duties as directed to maintain a safe and clean working environment--- Employee will be expected to follow procedures introduced via on the job training.--- Elevating potential situations to the next level of supervision when required. --- Identify and correct mistakes/inconsistencies when receiving/completing paperwork. --- Any other tasks/projects as assigned by management.Your Skills and Experiences --- Ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.--- Proven basic math skills at the high school level.--- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.--- Computer skills--- Language: English Special Requirements:Pre-employment background screeningMandatory OvertimeGood Reasons to Join We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, excellent training programs and a highly dynamic global work environment.
