The Recruiting Specialist will be--responsible for interviewing, reviewing resumes, initiating and completing the Onboarding process. Responsibilities will focus on creating a talent pool for Kelly--Education--Customers. The Recruiting Specialist will need to understand Kelly hiring processes, procedures and policies. Will work closely with Account Managers, Client Managers, Talent Advisors, and Leadership.Essential Functions:* Responsible for assessing a candidate's qualifications, interests and availability as part of the Candidate Evaluation process, including activities such as conducting an in-depth interview with the candidate, and reviewing candidate skills based on testing.* Qualify skills through performing interviews to match candidates to appropriate Job Descriptions within the Talent Pool.* Describe position to the candidate to ensure compatibility and expectations. Complete and document interview in appropriate systems.* Contact and respond to candidates regarding selection/and or Candidate status. Document appropriate systems.Requirements:* Demonstrated experience in interview and selection of temporary employees.* Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential.* Good communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills are required.* Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved.* Must also be comfortable interacting with and potentially influencing many levels of management both within Kelly and the customer.* Must be innovative in their approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations. * Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills required.* Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Why Kelly--?Looking for meaningful work that enriches the lives of students in your community?
