Job Description:
Description:Machine operators will be responsible for the
following:Maintaining SOP's, GMP and FDA protocols, including CIP
protocols and mandates.Previous experience with Filler, Capper,
wrapper, labeler machines, and high speed packaging equipment is a
huge bonus.Desired candidates will have preventative maintenance
experience (i.e. Breaking down the machine for cleaning and CIP,
change overs, setting the HMI, etc.) Knowledge of blending products
is a huge bonus but not required. Machine operators will be moving
through out their shift, this includes, bending, stooping,
standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs. Responsible for Machine
set up, materials audits, finished product visual inspections, and
calibrating equipment (like it labels are not straight, date coding
ink faded, etc.)Skills:filler, machine operation, fda, gmp
environment, gmp, production, capper, liquid packaging, packaging,
packaging machine, troubleshooting, change over, CIPAdditional
Skills & Qualifications:2 - 5 years experience in High speed
packaging environmentExperience in GMP or FDA strongly preferred.
Change over, preventative maintenance, and CIP experienceExperience
