Associate Director of Events and Sales

The Associate Director of Events and Sales will be responsible
for leadership, training and mentoring of the property Events and
Sales Team. Initial focus will be on Events department with
responsibilities being added to cross train into Sales Leadership
duties. Depending on the background of the selected candidate, this
role will also handle Event Planning or Sales responsibilities.
This position will be the second in command in the Sales and Event
department and will be expected to speak for the department in
leadership and hotel meetings in the absence of the Director of
Sales, Marketing and Events. The ideal candidate will have a robust
knowledge of Event Sales and Planning, Hyatt Sales and Planning
Systems and have a desire to grow their career in Hyatt Sales and

- 3 years in Hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning
- CMP Certified preferred
