The Role of Digital Marketing Manager:
We currently have an opportunity for a talented Digital
Marketing Manager to join our Four Seasons family in Italy!
This position will be based in Milan and will be a shared a
shared position between our Four Seasons Hotel Milan, Four Seasons
Hotel Florence and our pre-opening San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A
four Seasons Hotel in Sicily, Italy!
Reporting into the Senior Director of PR and Communications, you
will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a
successful career with global potential, and you will have the
opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.
You will be responsible for developing, generating and executing
awareness of the Four Seasons Italian collection, through web and
mobile presence, including social media channels, mobile
applications, proprietary websites and third-party platforms.
Responsibilities will include supporting digital marketing
campaigns, creative assets, copy, and other internal and external
sales & marketing efforts in conjunction with third party vendors,
including SEM, Public Relations, GDS marketers and Four Seasons
sales channels, and you will work closely with the sales &
marketing teams to provide social media support and to generate
presence of our hotels and their features and products.
Our Ideal Digital Marketing Manager candidate will have:
Experience of and a special talent and passion for Digital
Marketing and Social Media.
You should have strong relationships with influencers, community
and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results,
proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related
monitoring tools, the ability to roll out integrated marketing
campaigns, newsworthy events, develop story ideas and follow
through with pitch leads. Prior experience in luxury and/or
hospitality would be preferred.
You should have excellent interpersonal, communication and
presentation skills, have the highest level of integrity and
transparency, strong strategic mind-set and business acumen, an eye
for detail, and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and
energy to our hotels!
All applicants must possess the legal right to work in Italy and
have fluency in English and Italian.
