Job Description State Registration Specialist: Description State registration specialist will provide support under the direction of EPA Registration manager in submitting, obtaining, and maintaining Drexel EPA Pesticide, Proprietary Spray Adjuvant and Fertilizer state registrations. They will also provide to EPA Registration Manager and company; individual state updates that will/could affect Drexel products in states where said products are registered. As the State Registration Specialist, they will provide knowledgeable and accurate interpretations of State Pesticide, Adjuvant, and Fertilizer laws, regulations and registration requirements affecting Drexels product lines. This position also provides leadership with interpretation of State laws and regulations to ensure that adequate registration requirements are met, that no violations occur affecting the development of, sales and marketing of products. They will keep accurate records and ensure they are maintained. The employee's primary duties are performed on-site in a safe office environment during normal working hours. General business operations of Drexel and Drexels customers. This also includes discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. Typical Daily responsibilities: Support EPA Registration Manager and company for State Pesticide, Adjuvant, and Fertilizer registrations.

Help to manage the creation and state filing process of all Drexel EPA pesticides, adjuvants, fertilizer products which Drexel holds.

Interacts with laboratory and Product development personnel to provide guidance and needed updates to required states, CSF or change in nomenclature on PFA statements.

Manages, processes and maintain state registration records for all Drexel pesticides and Spray adjuvants.

Manages, help to create, liaison and support state officials for the registration of State 24( C ) applications.

Serves as state subject matter expert and provides management with new and evolving State data for Drexel end use labels.

Monitors and reports on State registration activities impacting Drexel business through NPIRS, attending State regulatory meetings as well as in person visits to CPDR/WSDA annually.

Manages state regulatory expenses and provide to marketing management current year expenditures when requested.

Supports EPA Registration manager in reviewing product label text provided to registration division from Product Development as well as proof of printer's draft to ensure compliance with State/EPA requirements regarding pesticides regulations.

Coordinates with Government Affairs, Legal and Executive team on public comment periods surrounding pesticides, adjuvants, and fertilizers of interest at State level.

Develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance for Drexel products.

Manages computerized records of state registration for all EPA Pesticides, Adjuvant and fertilizer products.

Ensures internal databases are up to date with latest state registration regulations.

Manages distribution of updated state registration information to departments, and management.

Monitors changes in state regulations for product labeling by written and personal contact with regulatory agencies and determines updates if any that need to be made to labels. Researches and provides guidance on laws and regulations to ensure state registration requirements are met and no violations occur affecting the development, sales, and marketing of Drexel pesticide and adjuvant products. Ensures accurate records are consistently maintained.

Provides maintenance to existing State pesticide/adjuvant registrations due to new regulations through the amendment and notification process.

Amend pesticide/adjuvant product label registrations as directed by State or requested by Product Managers.

Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.

Reliable and regular attendance is expected.

Education and experience needed for this position Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of state regulatory and EPA product registration experience is required.
