We are searching for Distribution Center Team Members to load or unload products from trailers and containers in our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment Center, as well as transport finished products between Manufacturing and Distribution Center storage locations in the plant. At Ashley Furniture, you’ll have independence in your work and shifts that align with your needs.

Starting rates of up to $19/ hour including premiums.

• Overtime incentive – Additional $0.50/ hour at 50+ hours worked

• Shipping associates earn performance incentive (no cap)

• Pay increases by $1.00 at 40 hours for all hours worked

5 Day Work Schedules

• Multiple schedules open. Days/Nights/Weekend days/Weekend Nights
• Part time positions available with all shifts

Walk-ins welcome! We accept walk-ins Monday-Friday from 08:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-3:00pm

What you’ll do as a Distribution Center Team Member:

• Loading, unloading and transporting furniture throughout the Distribution Center as needed
• Lift and/or lower all sizes of furniture up to, and in excess of, 300 pounds
• We TRAIN our associates on material handling equipment including reach truck, order picker, forklift and pallet jacks with heights reaching 30ft
