Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as directed by the leadership team
  • Coordinate meetings, organize appointments and schedule for the leadership team
  • Act as a receptionist and contact person for Corporate Security staff
  • Take meeting notes
  • Compose correspondence and distribute as directed by the leadership team
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of department work
  • Pick up and distribute mail for Corporate Security staff
  • Make travel arrangements for Corporate Security staff
  • Maintain departmental expense records including corporate credit cards to ensure expenses are paid timely
  • Order office supplies and maintain appropriate office supply levels
  • Compile and maintain investigative and physical security files and correspondence, etc
  • Research, document and process restitution payments
  • Manage the electronic incident reports (eIRs) to include eIR assignments, reconciliation, escalations and efiles
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • 2-4 years extensive experience in PC environment required
  • Ability to project positive, professional image both in person and on the telephone
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with other staff, agencies and business professionals
  • Ability to make proper referrals in emergency situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong English language, grammar and clerical skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in spite of distractions
  • Ability to respond appropriately in high stress situations
  • Ability to work with and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of general banking operations
  • Knowledge of general banking regulations/policies/procedures
  • Knowledge of general security procedures
