Job Description:

Working as an RN in the pediatric intensive care unit the focus is the same as an adult ICU; however, it specializes in the treatment of children. These units can be found within a children’s hospital or a community/city hospital. Children who are critically ill and need advanced medical treatment are treated in a PICU. Not all hospitals have the capabilities to treat pediatric patients and those patients may need to be transferred to a higher-level care facility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-week commitment (8-weeks preferred, 48-hour guarantee)
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Covid vaccine required per state mandate
• Any active Registered Nurse License

Pay: 

$100/hr regular time, $150 overtime. Weekly comp in taxable wages - $5,200. PLUS, daily per diem, housing provided and travel reimbursement
