PURPOSE OF JOB: The Client Services Advisor is responsible for
providing effective customer service for all internal and external
customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company
products and programs as well as communicating effectively with all
team members.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Coordinate
internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless
execution of software delivery and setup. -- Ensure 100% customer
satisfaction through intelligent management and customer response.
-- Responds to customer inquiries / issues in a professional and
empathetic way.-- Intake and review customer feedback and
complaints.-- Provides crisp feedback to the customer support,
operations and management teams.-- High touch customer
relationships as needed or required.-- Assist in the definition of
project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
and ensuring technical feasibility.-- Track, measure and record all
customer feedback and comments in CRM and other platforms.-- Report
and escalate to management as required or needed.-- Successfully
manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.--
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.--
Assist team members with their questions and inquiries to find
solutions for our customers
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:-- Emersion into company and products to have a
thorough understanding in a very short time.-- Emersion into the
customers and customer markets.-- A strong sense of urgency always
delivering the highest quality work on the agreed schedule. -- Very
good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer
science or orthodontics.-- Proven work experience in the
information technology sector.-- Solid technical background.--
Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.--
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-- Solid
organizational skills including attention to detail.-- Strong
working knowledge of Microsoft Office.-- Experience with SalesForce
and a Customer Portal.-- Teamwork mentality with the ability to
work independently.--COMPETENCIES:-- Excellent written and verbal
communication.-- Customer focus, being able to empathize with the
customer while keeping uLab Systems as the priority.-- Decision
making.-- Flexibility, uLab Systems is as startup requiring
flexibility and willingness to jump in anywhere that is needed.--

Problem analysis and solving.-- Technical capacity, proficient in
Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.EDUCATION /
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED
requiredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related
discipline preferredMinimum 5 year's successful customer support
experienceOrthodontic or Dental customer support experience
