Job Description:Support Product Design teams with the routing and processing of product approvals, coordinating communication with internal and external partners, and general administrative support.You will report to Senior Manager, Product Design.Responsibilities:

• Initiate online product approvals, maintain database, and assist with product submission routing at all stages.
• Provide user support and product submission training for licensees.
• Manage email aliases for asset requests and general communication to licensees regarding updates.
• Process incoming samples (opening boxes, entering in system & delivering to the team)
• Manage all outgoing shipments, maintaining mailing lists and providing tracking information
• File samples and assist in the maintenance of product storage
• Process shipping invoices and other invoices as needed
• Assist with scheduling on-site and off-site licensee meetings and oversee logistics for large-scale events
• Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents
• Coordinate and compile merchandising requests from various internal and external clients
• Provide additional tactical support for the Product Design teams as neededBasic Qualifications:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Computer software skills (e.g. MS Word, Google suite, Mac Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel; Filemaker Pro, Concur, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)Preferred Qualifications:Required Education:
