Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:Serves as a point of contact for our
business partners regarding learning, development, and
training.Ensures that all training has a consistent message and
branding.Ensures the design and delivery of training includes
consideration for varied learning styles and makes accommodation
for inclusion for learners with a disability.Overseers the systems
administration of GoodwillU, authoring software, and other L
software.Provides database design, maintenance, entry, and customer
support for L department.Presents educational programs in large and
small groups as well as one-on-one settings.Oversees and/or
coordinates the development and maintenance of training plans and
schedules with hiring and training demands to ensure timely
delivery of training.Maintains statistical and administrative
information related to instructor-led and online courses,
generating monthly Training Stats Report.Reviews and supports
learning systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.Provides
on-going follow-up for team members as needed who have attended
training.Consults with other Goodwill team members about
educational issues related to training services.Culture Keeper.
Demonstrates and leads positive organizational culture
developmentPerforms other duties as assigned by team
leader.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related discipline
preferred;Minimum of 2 years training experience, preferredTraining
& Experience:Demonstrate comfort working with instructional
technologies (LMS, Authoring tool, etc.)Oral and written
communication.Consulting, developing, and delivering training in a
variety of methodologies.Train others in learning and applying
different teaching techniques and methods suitable for individual
and classroom instruction and multiple delivery systems.Support
development of curriculum suitable for subject/topic, business, and
audience.Maintain a positive, friendly attitude, and a neat, clean,
and well-groomed appearance.Special Requirements:Must be able to
work occasional after-hours and weekends. This position may require
travel to multiple locations daily.Incumbent must possess a valid
driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage and a privately
owned reliable means of transportation to travel throughout MGI
territory to visit locations on a regular and recurring
basis.Physical Requirements:Able to sit, stand, bend, and
reach.Able to lift, push, pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds with
no support regularly. Over twenty-five (25) pounds request for
additional team member assistance as needed.Critical Performance
