Job Summary The International Sales Coordinator assists and Interprets customer requirements for American-Marsh Pumps (AMP) product quotes and orders. Specifies, prices, and determines order fulfillment requirements to meet the customer's needs. Estimates schedules. Communicates with internal and external customers. Provides training and facilitates promotion of sales tools to enable Wilo subsidiaries and distributors to grow their self-sufficiency in selling and servicing AMP products. Negotiates resolutions as required.Primary Job Duties

• Facilitate the inquiry process to meet the demands of both the customer and the Company
• Provide consistency and a positive experience for all Wilo subsidiaries/customers by always being perceived as their factory advocate
• Provide prompt and responsive proposals to adequate inquiries or providing advice to create such inquiries
• Perform basic project management functions to ensure success of the order fulfillment process
• To be a product and training resource for AMP target markets and sales initiatives
• Ability to understand the destination country electrical motor requirements
• Facilitate commercial requirement necessary for the sale to be successful
• Responsible for preparing parts and replacement pump quotes to meet both the customer's needs and specific contractual requirements as determined by the market and the territory of the requestor
• Estimate cost and prices when actuals are not available, when necessary
• Document quotes on system quote program and hard copy serial file when applicable
• Process orders, communicate and coordinate with sourcing OPS to achieve quoted lead times
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery of orders
• Utilize company policies and exhibit a professional demeanor while performing all functions

  Requirements:
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Mechanical Engineer, preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to organize and memorize information
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use multiple sessions (simultaneously) to obtain information
  • Some mechanical background required
  • Sales oriented attitude
  • Spanish a plus
