Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound and outbound call volume, with the goal of setting appointments for in house advisors.
• Utilize CRM daily for tracking prospect/client interaction.
• Promote referrals through client interaction
• Perform post-event follow-up activities with attendees and schedule appointments
• Make daily appointment confirmation calls to prospective clientsTrack weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with main advisor.Preferred Skills:
  • Entrepreneurial, high energy, self-starter, with a passion for expanding our business
  • Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • -Ability to quickly learn new processes, work under pressure, and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ideal characteristics include: proactive, self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • -Experience working in a financial group desired
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Ability to market to existing and potential clients in person and by telephone
  • Persistent with an entrepreneurial viewpoint to build a client base
  • Effective time management
  • Ambitious with a sense of urgency and initiative; proactive vs. reactive
