Job Description:

The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding a Trades Development Coordinator to our team! This position will act as a liaison between craft professionals and our organization to help secure service talent. Preferred experience includes skilled trades, trades support or union recruiting.Duties:Develops programs and relationships that build interest and commitment to the trades as a career and customizes those efforts based on each branch location.Build relationships with local unions in order to strengthen recruiting efforts.Collaborates with and supports union organizers in an effort to build benches and drive talent to local unions.Develops and successfully implements recruitment strategies, programs, and deliverables such as job advertisements, campaigns, hiring fairs.Partners with Service leadership to understand workforce needs in order to develop recruitment programs that meet these needs.Conducts general screening/interviews with candidates to determine overall fit for the trade and organization.
