Job Description:

A leading global brand is looking for an established Accounts Receivables/Collections specialist to fill an immediate opening. Up to $21 hr M-F 8am-5pm. Must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks skills , A/R collections, set up and organize new accounts. Provide much needed support to relevant departments.

This position calls for a detail oriented individual with an ability to handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Implementing the highest standard of customer care.



Responsibilities:

--- Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records

--- Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements

--- Manage customer files

--- Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases



Qualifications:

--- Experience with Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Data Entry

--- Microsoft Office Suite

--- High school diploma or GED
