Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to the Information Technology Manager. Develops and maintains a backup and recovery plan to quickly recover systems in case of system failure. Performs IT Training Needs Analysis; develops a staff technology training plan, implement training and monitor training program success/remedial training requirements. Documents hardware configuration and mission critical software information. Implements interactive Museum technology and problem solves technical issues with such software and hardware. Keeps an up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS The Network Engineer must be familiar with the following: Windows Exchange Server, SQL Database, Point of Sale, Multimedia, Desktop/Hardware Support, Knowledge with Microsoft products and Microsoft Office products; CISCO routers, Active Directory; Brightsign-BrightAuthor, EXTRON extenders (transmitters and receivers); VARTECH monitors; ADTECH devices/software; ShoreTel IP network, CCTV camera/software; MOXA port amplifiers/connectors; ROYCE audio controls, ALCORN MCBRIDE BINLOOP players; familiar with printers; Internet; Google Chromes; JAVA; PHP; HTML; PDF; WordPress, AWS, A/V hardware & software, CHRISTIE monitors and projectors, Panasonic projectors, NVIDIA, network protocol, Integrating peripheral systems and hardware If interested, please apply for immediate consideration!
