The ARP Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, coordination,
and management of the ARP team. The ARP team supports Account
Reconciliation, Positive Pay, CD ROM and Statement Rendering. \n
The Supervisor is charged with managing the ARP teams located in
Memphis TN, along with remote staff. ARP Supervisor will be
responsible for multiple shifts starting at 4 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Central time Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate possesses
impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving
skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure. \n
Responsibilities:\n\nSupervises subordinate staff including: hiring
recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments;
training, monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating
coaching, corrective and disciplinary actions to include
terminations.\nEstablishes and refines processes as necessary to
promote optimum efficiency and ensure desired production standards
are achieved.\nEstablishes and maintains a work environment that is
motivational and participative; promotes an environment that
supports diversity and Firstpower culture.\nExercises a wide range
of decision making control when presented with multi-faceted
factors; identifies, resolves and escalates problems in
collaboration with stakeholders.\nMaintains a commitment to
continuous learning, developing knowledge and skills to competently
and efficiently execute job duties.\nLeads with a collaborative
work style.\nInteracts professionally with both executives and
peers across the organization.\n\n Requirements:\n\n5 years ARP
experience or similar work experience in bank operations \n5 years
bank operations experience or Financial Center/Branch
experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication
skills\nExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and
Outlook)\nStrong analytical skills\nMust be able to work under
pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
and providing exemplary service\nAbility to work independently and
to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of
instructions given\nExcellent organizational and customer service
skills\nHigh School diploma required; degree preferred or
equivalent experience/working knowledge of banking/operations\n
