JOB DOMAINS (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES)DOMAIN 1: MAINTAIN CLEAN GROUNDS OF PROPERTYDUTIES: - - - 1. -Pick up trash from grounds every day.Water grounds and flower beds.Empty pool area trash cans.Sweep office front porch and parking areas.Sweep and clean around dumpster area.Sweep and clean breezeways.Sweep pool areas and arrange pool furniture.Sweep maintenance, boiler and supply rooms.DOMAIN 2. MAINTAIN POOL(S) AND SPA(S)DUTIES: - - - 1. Clean pool(s).Maintain correct chemical levels.Inventory pool and ground supplies, inform supervisor when running low.Inform Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor of mechanical or structural problems with pools or spas.DOMAIN 3. OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED.DUTIES: - - - 1. Distribute door to door newsletters and resident notices.Paint inside apartments.Occasionally perform light exterior painting.Be alert to physical problems seen in the course of work and notify supervisor.Offer suggestions for preventative maintenance and more efficient operations.DOMAIN 4: ATTITUDEDUTIES: - - - 1. Wear company ID at all times.Display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and co-workers.Never confront supervisor or co-workers in front of residents.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
