Job Description:
Manufacturing SupervisorLocation: Covington, TNHours: 3:00 p.m.
to 11:00 p.m. (second shift)Status: Must be a US
CitizenSummary:Responsible for first-line direction of non-exempt
employees involved in print production, binderyfinishing, or
shipping and receiving operations. Reviews production schedules,
material, and manpowerresources. Assigns employees to maximize
production objectives, maintain quality and attain
outputrequirements. Informs assigned employees of production and
material problems and coordinates withsupport groups to resolve
problems affecting schedules. Participate in establishing and
modifyingoperational methods and processes by recommending changes
in materials, equipment, and procedures. Maintain a variety of
reports, records, and production documentation to reflect
schedules, performance, methods and the like.Experience:2 to 3
years.
