Dematic has an immediate need for a Rack Cycle Counter in our Memphis, TN Warehouse. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:* Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.* Maintain product identification and location program.* Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.* Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations/shelf audits.* Track and report non-conforming product.* Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.* Document damaged product.* Must be able to lift 40 lbs. as part of the job function.* Must be able to pass the order picker certification test and drive an order picker on a daily basis.* Must be computer literate.* Have strong verbal and written skills.* Must be detailed oriented.What We are Looking for:* High school diploma or equivalent required.* At least 2 years in a similar role (preferred).* 18 years of age.* Able to speak, read, and understand elementary English.* Able to understand written and verbal instructions.* Organizational skills for record keeping.* Able to work minimum 40 hours per week.* Able to function in a warehouse environment.Some positions in the U.S. may require vaccination against COVID-19.
