Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees. Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefit options and enrollment processes
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to manage benefit programs effectively
• Manage open enrollment processes and educate employees on available benefit options
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in benefit programsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
