About this role

This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations. Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing appropriate analytical tools for tasks.
• Managing and supervising warehouse staff.
• Issuing materials.
• Assisting in the management of physical inventory programs/audits.
• Supervising inventory stocking programs (customer, internal, offsite).
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • 3+ years of experience as a lead or a supervisor
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • University Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent experience and specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
    • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
