Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Accounts Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Team Members to provide excellent customer care
and identify growth opportunities
Maintain professionalism and discipline when interacting with
customers and franchisees
Ensure timely project delivery, answer inbound communication, and
manage work queue effectively
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with Windows
OS
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Remote position requiring personal computer and hardwired internet
connection
Availability to work 5 days a week with weekends included
