Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Counselor I for a Federal
Service Center position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic and chat support for participants through
triage, assessment, consultation, and referrals
Offer crisis intervention services and link participants to
appropriate resources
Deliver non-medical counseling, education, and critical incident
response services as needed
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
Licensure at the independent level
2+ years of clinical experience post-degree
Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused counseling and crisis
intervention
Comfortable with ambiguity, stress, and managing caseloads
effectively
