Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist, Mid.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive customer Help Desk phone calls and service requests for
support
Provide direct production support services for application
users
Responsible for maintaining FAQs and SOP for common issues
encountered during the support process
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience with the Appian BPM Platform
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience providing Helpdesk support to USMC customers desired
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to get a Public Trust
