Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer responsible for preparing
and verifying closing documents and funding loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files to confirm all conditions are cleared and ready
to close
Prepare closing documents and ensure accuracy of all closing fees
and conditions
Maintain a closing pipeline, adhering to timelines and delivering
complete closed loan files
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of recent residential closing experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry
Knowledge of FHA/VA/Agency products
Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred
