Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Associate to manage
import/export trade compliance for cross-border shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Process import/export trade compliance clearance in Global Trade
Management system
Provide import clearance instructions to brokers and prepare
necessary documentation
Maintain records for imports and exports and assist in developing
standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in trade compliance and import/export
operations
Understanding of Customs requirements and HTS classification
principles
Knowledge of record retention best practices for customs
documentation
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP
