High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferredAt least two years experience in bank lending, such as consumer lending, credit analysis, loan operations or assisting loan officers is required. Sales experience is a plus.Must have excellent interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employeesComputer knowledge and proficiency including Microsoft programsDemonstrated proficiency in banking compliance issues is requiredMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverageMust have ability to travel through market for various meetings and appointments
