investment.Position SummaryThe Sr. Talent Acquisition Business
Partner is responsible for shaping Buckman North America's
organizational success by executing a comprehensive talent
acquisition strategy. This includes talent attraction, strategic
sourcing, and employment branding. The role will manage the full
cycle recruiting and onboarding process at all levels. As a subject
matter expert, this position will stay current on industry trends
to drive continuous improvement and deliver the best outcomes.Key
Outcomes/ResponsibilitiesManage the full cycle recruitment process
for positions in Buckman North America including Executive level
roles
- Partner with the hiring manager to determine the job opening,
its requirements and competencies of ideal candidate
- Proactively source candidates and utilize various channels
including internal and external talent pipelines, niche platforms,
social media, professional organizations, community partners,
etc.
- Review resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates based
on qualifications
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic fit and
interest
- Schedule interviews with interview team, arrange travel if
needed, gather feedback, schedule and facilitate debrief
sessions
- Partner with hiring manager to make offer to selected
candidate
- Manage the pre-employment and onboarding processDevelop an
innovative sourcing plan and enhance our employment brand, which
includes community outreach, social media campaigns. referral
agencies, national conferences and events, colleges and
universities, diversity organizations, professional organizations,
etc. to build talent pipelines for North America
- Consult with leadership, hiring managers and key stakeholders
to understand current and anticipated staffing needs across the
organization
- Develop a short-term and long-term sourcing strategy for North
America based on talent needs and identify tools and resources
needed to execute the strategy in target markets
- Leverage multiple channels to reach active and passive
candidates including job boards, professional networks, social
media, industry events, colleges and universities, community
partnerships, niche platforms, etc. and build talent pipelines for
key roles.Manage the pre-employment and onboarding process to
ensure a seamless integration into the Buckman culture for all new
hires
- Work with Global Project Team to ensure alignment with
framework and co-lead the Global Onboarding and Orientation
Enhancement Project
- Review the current pre-employment process, research best
practices and work with functional/cross-functional partners to
enhance the process

seamless integration into the Buckman cultureTrack performance
metrics and industry trends to identify areas of opportunities and
provide data-driven recommendations to guide decisions related to
future recruiting, sourcing and hiring strategies
- Develop weekly recruiting reports using project management
methodologies (red, yellow, green) to provide Sr. Leaders status
updates of all open positions
- Complete data mining and analyze data to identify areas for
improvement and optimize the recruitment strategy
- Monitor and track agency usage, spend and identify ways to
reduce costsManage projects to drive continuous improvement in the
recruiting and onboarding process
- Build project teams, create team charters and manage projects
to optimize the recruiting process for North America
- Assess ATS, LinkedIn and other recruiting technological
capabilities to create efficiencies, reduce spend and drive
continuous improvement
- Partner with Marketing team and key stakeholders to develop the
Careers page, employment branding, swag, etc.Manage the employee
referral program for Buckman North America
- Optimize and relaunch the employee referral program with clear,
accessible processes and compelling incentives
- Regularly promote the program internally via campaigns, updates
and spotlight stories
- Track employee referrals and report metrics and trends to
determine program effectiveness and measure ROIBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
or related field or equivalent experience required.
- 4-6 years of experience executing the full life-cycle
recruitment process to include sourcing, interviewing and
facilitating the process from beginning to end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with
experience presenting and communicating with high level
executives
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel,
PowerPoint and Word along with proficiency in internet sourcing
tools and talent acquisition technologies
- Experience creating, monitoring and reporting performance
metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of strategies and
measure ROI
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural and fast paced
environment
