*Position Summary*

The role of the Sales Data Analyst is to provide valuable insights about the top performing and underperforming products/services, selling and market opportunities, and includes sales forecasting. .

*Principle Duties and Responsibilities: *

* You shall carry out all of your responsibilities by applying and maintaining a culture of ethics and integrity in accordance with the values and standards of our Code of Conduct and Compliance Management System.
* Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements that are defined within set work instructions

--- Prepare & maintain sales & demand forecast at 8 months with Sales Mgrs & Customer Service Mgr

--- Maintain monthly sales statistical analysis and routine reports

--- Identify and track KPI's

--- Stock optimization

--- Predict & avoid product shortages

--- Coordinate reallocations with Supply Chain & Customer Service

--- S&OP Meetings (Prepares and leads the meeting)

--- Demand Management

--- Utilize & develop process tools such as the IM for Inventory optimization

--- SAP codes optimization

--- Logistics optimization

--- Product specificity and designation support for market conformance

--- Work processes and practices management

--- Operating Systems capability utilization and improvement

--- Tracking and evaluating pricing and operating profit on full backlog (price increases)

--- Prepare Monthly and Yearly sales reports (RSM, Dist, End User)

--- Responding to RFQ's & review bidding documents including technical specs and T&C's

--- Prepare & submit bid packages for all blanket and project quotations using SEDIFORCE

--- Quotes follow-up with RSM's & agents

--- Monthly quotes report

--- Tracking prices increases and GP for all new offers and orders

--- Assist with forecasting

*Qualifications(knowledge, skills and abilities): *

* 4-year college degree in business management/ data analyst
* Knowledge of SAP, SalesForce or similar ERP system
* Experience managing customer accounts, sales order processing, inventory management, shipping, and invoicing
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Adobe system (pdf)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
