PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conduct daily work in accordance to the Project Manager.2. Work may include: painting, electrical, and carpentry.OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED. DUTIES:1. Be alert to physical problems seen in the course of work and notify supervisor.2. Offer suggestions for preventative maintenance and more efficient operations.ATTITUDE DUTIES:1. Wear company ID at all times.2. Display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents and co-workers. 3. Never confront supervisor or co-workers in front of residents.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS* General pool cleaning and some pool maintenance* Interior/exterior painting skills* Eye for details * Safety Conscious* Steady and dependablePHYSICAL DEMANDSWorking Conditions: Frequent walking, climbing (stairs and ladders), overhead work, repetitious motion, stooping, kneeling, carrying and heavy lifting.Physical Requirements: Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition.Work Environment: Primarily outside, secondarily inside, work around machinery with moving parts, work around traffic areas, slippery or uneven walk areas, work alone and exposure to dust, fumes, insects, animals, weather, humidity and the general public.Physical Requirements: Seeing, hearing, mobility and excellent physical condition.
