Scope of Position:This person would perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties for the front office, production reports and scheduling. Also assisting Human Resources, Purchasing and the Plant Manager as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:List what the person must do to perform the job to meet standards. Greet and welcome guests and job applicants Answer a Multi-line phone system and transfer calls as necessary Assist in maintaining office supplies Maintain and make copies of instruction sheets for the production line Assist and prepare spreadsheets and reports as needed for production Assist with production scheduling and report distribution Perform other similar or related duties as required or requestedApplicant must possess the minimum knowledge listed below: Proficient in English (verbal and written)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsAdapt to new situations and willing to take on additional responsibilitiesWork independently, be able to problem solve, prioritize assignments and multi-taskMaintain confidentialityHigh school diploma, additional education, or experience a plusPDN-993757b2-a22c-4b97-b40d-11f189c3833c
