The Purpose of Your RoleWe are looking for an Identity Fraud Analyst to identify and mitigate fraud risk by monitoring trends and using KYB/KYC tools. This role will provide risk recommendations and insights to the sales and management teams.This is a hybrid role which will partially require onsite work in Cordova, TN. For this reason, candidates should live or be willing to relocate to the greater Memphis area.The Value You BringThis role will allow TCS to reduce or possibly eliminate application fraud, which is on the rise industry-wide, by ensuring that TCS knows the true identity of each applicant. This not only protects TCS but protects the innocent people whose identities are being stolen to commit financial fraud.Additionally, the Identity Fraud Analyst would be an integral part of rolling out Middesk and Socure at TCS. This role will be the Subject Matter Expert on these tools.What Youll Be DoingGather, interpret, analyze and effectively communicate information related to the verification of business and individual identities.Provide insights and recommendations to manage, refine, and update the rules-based engine to the KYC/KYB platform.Adapt best practices from Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB) protocols.Stay abreast of application fraud/identity theft trends. Provide management with fraud trend reporting on factors such as geographical location and types of fraud.Required Experience3+ years of fraud analysis, fraud prevention, or risk assessment experience.Experience with KYB/KYC analysis and tools.Identity verification experience for prospective or new clients.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Experience/EducationBachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems or a related area.Experience with Middesk and/or Socure.Why Work for TransConnect?Weve brought together leading experts from the fuel card industry with an average of 20+ years of experience each to build a world-class business service from scratch.
