Job Description Summary: Under close supervision provide expertise and excellent service to both internal and external customers. Conduct research and analysis of monitored locations. Continually update internal accounts to maintain accuracy. Utilize computer systems including Mastermind (MAS) and SharePoint to process inquiries from internal customers. Effectively communicate to local police, fire, and EMS personnel. Handle routine and emergency calls from within company property, the surrounding area and coordinate the appropriate response. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED,. Two years' experience in either customer service, emergency dispatch, customer account maintenance, or related field. Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to work multiple and varying shifts based on business needs. Excellent human relations, organizational, and communications skills. Must complete required training program. Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: Account maintenance experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment D data entry and customer service experience Domicile / Work Location: This position will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.
