Under broad supervision, responsible for product and/or business services sales in order to reach the project profitability and billing levels so that clients are satisfied. Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services. May customize product in order to meet client requirements. Provides technical support to clients after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems. May visit clients in order to present company's products/services. Has working technical knowledge of all phases of the activity. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.

Coilmaster Corporation located in Moscow, Tennessee is a modern, manufacturing facility dedicated to providing the highest quality heat transfer coils available in the industry. We are currently seeking a Sales Application Engineer to join our team.

This position will be working in the Eastern and South Eastern US so can be remote for the right person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to -

• Work with outside sales team to accomplish sales goals and meet customer requirements
• Communicate with customers and representatives to identify requirements for projects
• Use software to size and price products for customers
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements
• Follow up with customers on quoted projects
• Process purchase orders for production
• Provide technical support to production employees
• Other duties as directed A qualified candidate will bring:

  • Professional communication and documentation skills to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate and interact with both internal and external customers
  • Self-motivation and possess the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects while keeping established project schedules
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Technical skills in AutoCad and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Desire for personal and professional growth Preferred skills:
    • Previous experience in a sales or manufacturing environment
    • Basic knowledge of heat transfer
