This position reports to our VP of Sales and is based out of our **Memphis, TN** office. **Your Job:** * Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team * Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Novatech s customer base * Coaching, mentoring, and training sales team * Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs * Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasting to executive teams * Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of industry products and services and competition status * Network with the local community and seek new business * Exemplify how to hunt new business by cold calling and responding to leads * Train reps on how to maintain assigned territory with excellent customer service * Become an expert of all products, services and solutions Novatech offers to clients **You Bring to Novatech:** * Bachelors Degree preferred * Demonstrated success in outside sales * Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership * Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close * Strong business acumen and industry expertise (or willingness to become an expert) * Phenomenal mentoring, coaching and people management skills **Novatech, Inc.
