Fostering a culture of innovation, flexibility, and excellence, we create products, services, and experiences that are leading the way to a safer tomorrow.About this position: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eyewash, safety starter kits, safety gloves, hearing protection gear, and other PPE equipment to distributors, partners, and assigned customers in a competitive market against established vendors. Must be willing to prospect and find new opportunities, service and grow existing customer accounts, and have strong closing skills. The inside sales representative must be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a desire for high personal achievement. We are looking for a competitive learner who can take direction, be flexible, and who works well in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience, negotiating, closing, or account management is helpful.The Inside Sales Service Representative position requires working onsite Monday - Friday.Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR: THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Make outbound sales calls to generate new business from new and existing customers in assigned channel(s)
  • Answering inbound customer calls, assisting and/or directing them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Assist in managing the sales process of entering orders, providing pricing, order tracking and complaint resolution.
  • This role will include heavy call and email volume
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a phone sales environment
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent phone skills/etiquette
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Prophet 21 is a plus
  • Proficiency with a customer records manager like Salesforce or Tour de Force
  • Territory/account management skills
