Job Description:
A company is looking for a B2B SaaS Senior Account Executive/
Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a pipeline of opportunities from inbound and outbound leads,
covering the full sales cycle
Close deals with a focus on net revenue added each month and manage
upsells
Create processes, playbooks, and mentor team members while serving
North America-based clients
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS Account Executive role
focused on the SMB sector
Experience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with
inbound and outbound motions
Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading sales professionals,
preferably in a US-based client setting
Native or close to native English skills and familiarity with
relevant platforms like Hubspot, Totango, or Gong
Team leader or sales coach experience is a plus
