Job Description:

Our client is in the need of a an experienced customer service representative who enjoys interacting with the public on an everyday basis. The right candidate will be responsible for internal and external customer request and will work hand in hand with the customer service manager.

Skills and Responsibilities:

This job ideal for someone that thrives in a fast paced environment and can manage high volume incoming calls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service on the phone and in person.

It is likely the candidate will have knowledge in account research and order tracking.

Candidate will perform other departmental task which may include: customer call backs, web sales, special account handling, etc.
